Due to the nature of digital services and custom software development, our refund policy is as follows.

General Policy

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on project progress, the stage of delivery, and the specific circumstances of each engagement.

When Refunds May Be Considered

  • The project has not yet entered the development phase
  • A mutual agreement to cancel the project is reached
  • The deliverable significantly deviates from the agreed scope with no resolution offered

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Development work has already commenced based on agreed requirements
  • The project has been delivered as per the agreed specifications
  • Delays caused by client-side factors (e.g., late content submission, scope changes)
  • Change-of-mind after development has begun

Custom Projects

For custom software, SaaS development, or advanced automation systems billed via secure invoice, refund eligibility will be discussed and documented in the project agreement prior to commencement.
